The staff is generally nice, and the service is good. The pizza's quality is decent, and the food is displayed on the counter for customers to see before ordering. However, the food can sometimes sit out and may not always be fresh, resulting in possible disappointment. The iPad payment system defaults to a large tip percentage for takeaway, which some customers may not appreciate. Overall, Sbarro has its strengths and weaknesses, but the exceptional service provided by two employees on a Thursday night stands out.
