Always super clean looks well laid out and well managed
I spoke to Rob, Store Director, on the phone about my concerns. In the past two weeks, I was overcharged twice, didn't receive cash back from checkers, and did not receive good customer service from a manager, over the phone. Rob apologized for all the trouble I'd had. He said he would speak to the manager. Rob then asked me to meet him, the next time I was at the store. (I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. I come here all the time and the staff is always so nice! I come for meetings and homework and I go through the drive all the time. The nice gal working the drive this morning around 10:15 was amazing! She’s always so sweet and makes my day!
