Hailey and Gavin were so helpful! It was an extremely busy Saturday night with a packed drive-thru and overflow inside. They helped me out with my mobile order and were so courteous in handling an edit I requested to be made to my order. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service under such stressful/fast-paced conditions. Thank you Gain & Hailey!
The drive thru is now using AI, which the woman at the window clearly said she didn't like. If a real person had taken my order, s/he would have plainly heard I wanted soft shell tacos. AI didn't get that. Woman at the window offered to make them over again correctly but I was pressed for time. Staff seems good; AI is not sufficiently trained to take orders. I won't be back, if I am using drive through.

The food is generally fresh and hot, even when delivered. The atmosphere is friendly, with a quick and efficient crew, though the restaurant could benefit from some additional cleanliness. The leadership, including the manager Shaun, is impressive, and the staff works hard to provide excellent service, even when the restaurant is overwhelmed by a high volume of orders, such as from nearby university students. Overall, this Taco Bell location provides a satisfactory dining experience.
