Had an excellent experience today, they were having issues with their freeze machine unfortunately, but were super helpful and accommodating. Super friendly staff, and they gave us complimentary side items for the wait on the drinks. Overall very friendly and communicative, and did everything possible to make a positive experience despite machine problems.
My favorite order is the chicken quesadila, it has the perfect little amount of spice and is quite filling.
Well, here we go—another glowing review to shine a light in the abyss of mediocre fast food service. RACHEL. and HAILEY at Taco Bell were actual heroes. My app decided to sabotage me as a first-timer, and they swooped in like some kind of customer service dream team. They sorted out my signup, got me my free item, and made me feel like less of a tech-illiterate mess. So, yeah, thanks to them—I'd give more stars if I could.

The food is generally fresh and hot, even when delivered. The atmosphere is friendly, with a quick and efficient crew, though the restaurant could benefit from some additional cleanliness. The leadership, including the manager Shaun, is impressive, and the staff works hard to provide excellent service, even when the restaurant is overwhelmed by a high volume of orders, such as from nearby university students. Overall, this Taco Bell location provides a satisfactory dining experience.
