What a cute hidden gem! I have discovered a love for Middle Eastern throughout my travels and this place didn't disappoint. The exterior is very plain, but inside is a restaurant with lots of charm! There are beautiful tiles on the walls and ceilings. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. I ordered the chicken kabob sandwich. The chicken is ground, which was different than any kabob sandwich I've had before. I love the pickled veggies that typically come with Middle Eastern food and I wish I had asked for extra pickles. The pickles really bring out the rich flavors. I'd recommend asking for extra pickles. Also, the food is cooked fresh so they say to allow at least 20 min for your food to be prepared.

Make sure you stop by the attached dessert shop. The pastry chef will tell you all about each dessert offered. All ingredients are from Turkey. He made a Tres Leches that could possibly be the best dessert I've ever tasted...and I love dessert! I would definitely go back- especially for that cake!! Insert chef's kiss!

Absolutely phenomenal, got the #26 platter, can't say enough good stuff about this place. When you can't even get McDonald's for under $20 nowadays, it's a no brainer. I'm especially a fan of the Iraqi kabob, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be back.

I travel all over the country and most of the time I eat Mediterranean or Middle Eastern food. This lovely place is tucked away in a strip mall- but when you go inside you are transported to another beautiful land. The decor is stunning, but the feeling is so wonderful! The food is delicious and priced right! I highly recommend The Goodness Land - the name describes it perfectly!

For a 17 dollar falafel plate, I expected more than 2-3 tbsp of hummus. I had enough for like 2 of the falafels, which were otherwise pretty dry and benefited greatly from the hummus. The fries were old, bland, weird/bad texture. Disappointed.

The food here is absolutely phenomenal. The hummus is so smooth and delicious. It's the best hummus I've ever tasted. The platters are so good as well. My wife and I got the #28 and #30 platters to try a little bit of everything together and they were delicious. So flavorful and the char was perfect. The rice that came with the platters were perfectly cooked and very flavorful as well. 10 out of 10, this place is absolutely going on our rotation for places to eat.

A friend of mine that’s a local Barber told me that this is one of the best Mediterranean restaurant in Boise! So we hopped in the car and ran over there this evening. I had the lamb shank. My wife had a kebab and we had the Turkish coffee everything was really good and fresh. You can tell. They don’t use seed oils because you don’t feel bloated when you leave the service was great! They are super friendly! Definitely add this as one of your places to go this week.!!!!!!

As a middle eastern myself I visit middle eastern restaurants in most of cities that I go to, and this place was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The middle eastern atmosphere and choices of Arabic songs were pleasant and nice . The foods are processed economically and the amount of food you get is decent and good. I tried some appetizers and the lamb biryani and I really liked it ! Don’t forget to visit the baklava shop right beside the restaurant after your food for some yummy desert !
