So I think I've had my fair share of fish tacos in town. Some great, some not so much. The Tortilla Factory Mexican Grill absolutely blew me away! Their nachos are hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crisp chips loaded with flavorful toppings, melty cheese, and just the right amount of spice. Every bite was a delicious mix of textures and bold, authentic flavors.

As I go down on a delicious plate of nachos I can’t help but appreciate how the guacamole is always fresh. As someone who can’t eat dairy it’s always nerve racking ordering from a Mexican restaurant but they accommodate me completely. The staff always make it a great experience and the owner is a precious lil bean. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone within earshot and I enjoy their food often. 10/10 stars just wouldn’t do this place justice ❤️
