“GOODBYE jack in the box HELLO WENDYS!!! I ordered the potato with bacon and cheese. I was thinking like wedges and the other fake stuff. Nope i got a baked fresh potato, with real cheese and bacon. I was in heaven. Staff was awesome and quick with my order. Will be coming back.“
“I see the bad reviews on this location and I'm astonished, every time I've come here the workers are so willing to be nice, they give fair portioning and explain the menu items extremely clearly. I had questions about the frosty and they were so quick to take care of me, especially Anissa, she was very kind to me and I appreciated her help. I hope more kind people stop by and appreciate the employees here, they were all amazing.“
“I had a small mix up with my uber order. I had called Wendy’s to see if they could help and I believe the manager Mark at broadway was the one who helped us. He was very kind and patient. He immediately remade all the food free of charge dues to issue that had happened. He did a great job. It was a very pleasant experience and he was so kind.“
“This Wendys location probably has the fastest service and most consistent food of all the Wendys locations in Boise. Some of the others are more hit or miss. I will say the food is not as good as it was 10 years ago, but that's a chain wide problem. I wish they still had breakfast at this location, it was my favorite fast food breakfast.“
