I had a great experience at Costa Vida! Carolina was very professional and provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure to answer all of my questions. The food was also fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the great service!
Took over 40 minutes to make my order even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Not sure what was slowing them down, but seems excessive for a a pretty small order.
The food portion is so small and if you ask for more they charge you extra money for a little spoon extra get a grip give me the portions of an American

Based on the reviews, Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill offers great food, with the quesadilla with barbacoa beef and assorted sides being the best tasting at any location. The horchata drink is awesome, and the lemonade drinks are delicious. Children love the tacos with extra pico de gallo, the perfect quesadillas, and the cinnamon tortillas. The food is absolutely amazing, and the place is clean. However, service can be inconsistent. While the staff is always friendly, the system is not efficient or effective. Customers waiting in line often wait longer than they should because workers fill call-in orders ahead of them. Some staff struggle to fill orders, and there are reports of teenagers doing nothing while one manager works hard. At one location, a server was so fast that she did not give enough beans or rice for a salad, making it very dry. To ensure a good salad, the rice and beans should cover the whole bottom of the tortilla.
