“John provided exceptional customer service, and we truly appreciated how patient, kind, and respectful he was throughout our visit. He created a welcoming atmosphere and was a major reason our experience was enjoyable. In fact, we would gladly return because of the service he provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the rest of the team. Several employees came across as unfriendly and dismissive, both toward us and other customers. Tables were left uncleaned, and staff seemed unwilling to complete basic responsibilities unless directed by a manager.

Additionally, after John went on his break, we informed another employee that the root beer tasted off—almost fermented. The concern was acknowledged with a simple “okay,” but no action appeared to be taken. Instead, staff remained in the back socializing with coworkers. It gave the impression that customer concerns were not being taken seriously.

John’s professionalism stood out significantly, and we hope his efforts are recognized. However, the lack of attentiveness and customer service from the rest of the team greatly impacted what could have been an excellent dining experience.“

“Brian, the manager was an absolute rockstar. His team was efficient and fast. I went in on a mistake from the previous night due to a door dasher forgetting a bag and tonight they really hit it out of the park making up for it. I didn’t have to ask. Fantastic team, fantastic management and I will certainly be returning.“

“Super friendly! Even though it took us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted, we didn't feel rushed by the lady that helped us & we ordered quite a bit of food & were indecisive about a couple of things. Food was hot & chicken was delicious!“

“I placed a catering order with Chick-fil-A Nampa last week and could not be more impressed with how it all went. Within minutes of placing my order someone called to verify allergies and reassure me that the food would be handled so there was no cross contamination. When I arrived to pick up my catering order it was hot and fresh and packed perfectly per our many requests. The staff truly went the extra mile and did a fantastic job. There was even a hand written thank you note inside the bag. I will definitely be using their catering services again.“

“Love the crispy chicken when it is served hot my last time in the chicken was cold and I am sure if the health inspected had been there and checked the food temp they would have been given a violation. Keep the food fresh please as you have great chicken just sucks to pay full price and get cold old chicken“
