7 Best Seafood Restaurants near Caldwell

“I love this place, it’s the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I’m pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food because I grew up eating authentic Mexican food, and the food at this place is just wonderful. Everything is amazing, from the rice and beans to the chips and salsa to the meat itself. The food is flavorful, well-seasoned, and authentic. They honestly have some of the best sauces and salsa I’ve ever tasted. I’d eat here every day if I could.

The portions are great too. My meal of two enchiladas with rice and beans was $18, and I still had plenty left over for the next day. I also love the decor, it has so much personality and makes the restaurant feel unique.

The only downside is that the service seems to depend on the day. Our last visit was fantastic, with a very attentive and friendly server. This time, we only saw our server a few times: once for menus and drinks, once to bring our drinks and take our order, and then once more to see if we needed anything. But then we did not see her again until we were ready to leave. Which I don’t mind, the only thing that sucked really was that a very long wait to get our check and the server didn’t seem very happy to be helping us. We waited about 10–15 minutes for boxes and our check while several servers walked by. We didn’t want to interrupt since they were busy, but our server never came back to check on us. We finally had to flag her down when she seated a table nearby. She seemed nice, just not super attentive, and we felt a little awkward having to wave her down for our check.

But other than that, I just love this restaurant. Genuinely the best Mexican food I’ve ever had.“

“My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted a nice steak and lobster dinner so we decided to go here and give it a try. So glad we did. The food was absolutely amazing. My husband had the 18 oz bone-in ribeye and I got the lobster tail. My husband loved his steak and my lobster was seriously THE BEST I have ever eaten. It was so good. Had a smoky flavor that I've never tasted with lobster before that was amazing. My only complaint is that we went on a Tuesday night when the farmers market was going so we had to park nearly five blocks away from the restaurant. The prices for the food seemed a bit excessive but after tasting it, I'd pay it again. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner and plan to make it our regular anniversary spot from now on.“
