“5 stars all the way, this is the 8th sushi restaurant I've sampled in the Treasure Valley. By far the freshest sashimi I've had yet. Very impressed with the quality of ingredients and the service was excellent. This is my new go to sushi spot.“
“We dine here somewhat regularly, approximately 3 to 4 times a month. The service is top notch. Food is generally good. Unfortunately, today I tried the Butler's Steak & Eggs from the brunch menu. This was one of the worst steaks I've ever had. It tasted like liver. I was so disappointed cause this isn't a normal experience at Coyne's. I'm hoping management will see this review and be able to make appropriate changes so this doesn't happen to other customers. I didn't want to knock off any stars cause I've had many good experiences at Coyne's.“
“A group of us tried the NEW LOCATION in Meridian today. We each ordered something different so we could try a variety. EVERYTHING was delicious! Loved that we could adjust the spice level for each dish. Staff was so pleasant, professional. I’m already planning my next visit!“

“This place is great. We ordered several different items off the menu to try and everything was delicious (ceviche, guac dip, esquites, carne asada, birria tacos). Everyone was happy with their selections. Our server was great. He checked on us, was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff seems so laid back and genuinely happy to be there. It is beautifully decorated, even the outdoor structures were a nice surprise. This was our first time here and we absolutely love it and will be back.“
“We celebrated my brother's 75th birthday. Staff could not have been nicer! Tucanos is a carnivores heaven.. the food bar delivers a great variety. There was a great variety of meat that was delivered warm and with friendly conversation. Great day!“
“Awesome Cajun style boil! I love to eat here when I need a seafood overdose. Perfect for a casual date night. The clams, crab, prawns and mussels are to die for! However I wish the corn on the cob wasn't frozen, it tends to be mushy. But who cares? The seafood is perfection!“
“Kahoooooooooootz! My husband and I loved this place and will be back. The dining room is super cozy! Wooden booths with privacy and lots of cool signage on the walls. Our server Deven was THE MAN. Fast, kind, attentive, all around A+ guy. Now, to the food. We ordered the pterodactyl wings (took 3 home, they’re huge!) They were perfectly cooked and had a little kick to them. I had the pork chop with sweet potato casserole which was amazing! My husband has the picanha with mashed potatoes and cleaned his plate. “Whatever the bad reviews say, they are entitled and have way too high expectations. This place is good. Service was good, atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was freaking good. I got a catfish poboy, super simple but it was fried so good. The piña coladas were amazing. The other big basket with the snow crab, craw fish, and muscles was good as well. It is a bit pricey, but over all I’d go again.“
“I used to go to this place in the past when it was JB's and it seems to have retained the quality I'd find when I went there before. Food is still good, as is the service, and if I lived closer I'd probably go more often. I have since moved further away.“

“The food was excellent and our server was superb !! However, the young man who seated us must have been having a bad day. As he showed us to a table, I asked if there were any booths available. He replied rather snappish , "Not at this time." Though clearly booths were available in the same section. As our server arrived to take our drink order, she was more than happy and accommodating to move us 2 places over to an available booth. Once again, I'm sorry he was having a bad day. But, perhaps he should seek a different line of employment if he can't handle such a simple request. I'm thankful I did not allow his sour attitude ruin my birthday dinner with my polite ex military boyfriend (who could have knocked the wind out of his smart mouth) in about 5 seconds.“
“As always, an absolutely divine experience with courteous, professional, and conscientious staff. They are immensely personable and make you feel at home.The food is over the top excellent and each dish is presented elegantly and the flavor compares to no other. Tonight we enjoyed the escargot, seafood flatbread, and veal piccata. Each dish was exploding with flavor!!! We finished our evening with a lovers cake… Complete with coffee and hazelnut… Wow!Beyond the food we thoroughly enjoy the relaxed and romantic atmosphere and the attentiveness of not only the staff, but the chefs wife, Michelle… You feel like you are dining in their own home.
