I used to ? LOVE Burger King! However, the experience I had yesterday was NOT AT ALLLLLL what I am used to. T-Mobile Tuesday was running a "free whopper or the impossible whopper" with purchase of $3 or more which my mind is a great deal! Well I placed my order and I was ? CONFUSED! First of all... It NEVER EVER gave me the option to make my whopper "MY WAY" (sort of speak)! PLUS, YOU have to order through the app in order to take advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesday offers.
Came through drive through on Christmas. Parker cashed me out and gave me our food. He was very nice. I feel for the employees that had to work on Christmas but appreciate that they were there. It was busy and I could tell they were working really hard.

Slowest drive-thru in the area.Uncalled for rudeness from the person taking orders, restaurant interior was dirty and disorganized, and possibly some argument going on between employees, with shouting going on... I know that they are having difficulty finding people to work, but if this is the best they can find, perhaps you need better management?
