Hard to believe but it's true - one of the best places in the valley for dinner is at KDIJ - the Forage Bistro & Lounge. The Pork Chop and Short Rib entrees were outstanding as was the service!
Really great spot for lunch in Teton Valley. It was a pleasant surprise - since it is located at a private jet airport around back of what looks like an industrial park. The atmosphere was very nice, the service was excellent and the views of the Tetons and the planes coming and going was interesting. Menu was nice and varied and the food was very good!
Food at Forage is always delicious, but some of the charm of the service and ambiance has been lost since moving out to the airport. We were seated right next to the bar and there was a large group of women who were pretty loud and taking up a lot of the server's time while we were just trying to enjoy a more quaint dinner out and felt a bit ignored. I think their bar scene has taken away from what we used to really like about coming here. Next time we will asked to be seated...
