“I've been a fan of this place for over 10 years. Never a bad experience, food is always consistently good. Then again, I pick everything that goes in my bowl so if I didn't like it, then it would mostl likely be my fault. Everyone I have introduced to Mongolian Bistro like it as well and go back. Love this place“

“Their food is great but they are not limiting the amount of customers here during the Covid crisis. We were there on a Thursday evening and it was packed. All tables were full. People were not 6 ft apart and there was a crowd in the lobby which is a small area. I can see it was all about the money here and not safety. That being said, the food was good. The chow rice was 5 minutes later getting to us but was fresh and hot. We did not eat everything and asked for a to go box and the waitress said "you were not very hungry!" The seats need replacing as they are worn out and they were not following the cleaning protocol very well. I may go back some day as the honey almond shrimp is to die for!“

“My wife met a friend for lunch and told me how nice restaurant and how friendly Mei was. So, we came for dinner. We both had selections from the ‘Chinese Specials’. The food was good and the next time I added a side of Shimp! I think most would love this place!“

“AMAZING!!! MY BOYFRIEND LITERALLY MADE US GO BACK TWICE TWO DAYS IN A ROW. THE PORTIONS ARE AMAZINGLY GENEROUS AND MY BOYFRIEND LOVES THE ORANGE CHICKEN AND THE JASMINE AND FRIED RICE. I GOT THE FRIED RICE AS WELL AND ITS SOO GOOD. MY BOYFRIEND IS FROM DALLAS AND I AM ST. LOUIS AND WE WERE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT REMINDED US OF HOME AND THIS PLACE IS THAT FOR US AND THE LADY IS THE SWEETEST. YALL COME CHECK THIS PLACE OUT IT IS THE TRUTH!“

“I have been looking for several years for a good Chinese restaurant fairly close to my home and this fits the bill. The food was very flavorful and prepared perfectly and the price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant“

“Wow, this place really stands out in a kitschy food town like Boise where the most popular restaurants are a chain chicken sandwich place and a burger place with terrible fries. I went here because it was open late. Family run. Service was so nice. They tempura any of their rolls. Never been somewhere that does that. I had three rolls and noodles and they were fresh and delicious. Refills on soda too. I will go here every time my work makes me go to Boise. Great neighborhood restaurant.“

“I recently went there with my coworkers, it was a great experience. People complain about the atmosphere being outdated...who cares, it was clean..the restroom was also clean. I think we shocked the gentleman that sat us due to he probably wasn't expecting 11 people to come in at once. He was very polite, and got our drinks quickly. We placed our food orders and received our food fresh n hot. There wasn't any issues with our orders. The food portion for the price was better than expected. I still had enough for another lunch or two. I give them 5 stars and I will be going back. After all the years I've ate there I'm still satisfied with this restaurant.“

“My boys love to come in and make their best versions of their dinner with the fresh selection. The ability to control the seasoning level empowers the littles to have their perfect personal meal. I love that I can have my own personal bowl packed with protein and as spicy as my face can handle ;)!“

“I grab a chicken bowl from here every day. There were a couple of people waiting today and being impatient. It was only 7 minutes or so on a busy night. The kind gal upfront 'Nicole' was super sweet and respectful in letting everyone know the timing of their order and that other orders were already being processed. The food is yummy and affordable. They definitely get busy here and the food is cooked correctly. Some reviews talk about the veggies being plain but I personally like them steamed plain without seasoning, as I add their delicious custom sauce to it. I will be back every 48 to 72 hours I am sure...“

“We've been there 3 times now and love them. Their egg flour soup and eggs are amazing! We ordered take out on Christmas eve even though it was a 2.5 hr wait. WORTH IT!. I observed a a couple of impatient customers who were rude so I gave them an extra tip because they were trying sooo hard. Keep up the good work. We will be back for sure!“
“A great Panda Express location, I always come here during lunch and all the staff is very friendly and fast considering the intense lunch rush with normal customers and the influx of contractors that come in that are working in the area due to the increase infrastructure that is being built around the area. I applaud all the staff that works here during all business hours considering the influx of customers of all types“

“We ordered dinner via their website delivery, only to find my entrees never made it into the container. Prepared to be upset (and hungry), we made a call back to the restaurant anyway. The manager was super kind and drove our missing food over himself - with a fresh side and extra spring rolls. I think that one goes in the "above and beyond" category! Thank you!“

“I love this restaurant! Me and my family regularly go to have a nice sit down meal and enjoy our food together. It's quick and tasty american-asian food that never disappoints! We always get the meal and egg rolls or crab ragoons to go with our meal. Yummy! 😋“

“Ordered party food from here on Father's day for last munite party.
The attendance was nice and polite and made things easy and faster for us.
We initially made the order online but it was going to take longer for the quantity we want.
We later decided to call to enquire if there's an option for us get the food faster.
They were able to get us the party food on time aside the fact it was a special day and the store was busy at the time we got there in person to order.
The store was still busy at the time of pickup.
Their food was nice.
We bought two sets of family size at a different location and the rice was not well done. The food ended up in trash.
I decided I'm not going to buy panda express again after that bad experience.

“I hate being that person to show up before closing but I was that guy tonight for the second time. I showed up and the lobby was full and everyone was handling business like a boss and I Applaud everybody behind the counter for that. Great Experience, everyone was friendly and food was great. “Really enjoy coming here. There’s a good variety of fresh ingredients, and being able to put together your own bowl makes every visit a little different. Everything I’ve had has been flavorful and cooked just right, and the staff has always been friendly. “Had the number 11 generals chicken. It came out so hot and tasty very pleased with this restaurant when you go for lunch food is never lukewarm its always sizzling hot and tasty. Any bad reviews you find probably were when they were at dinner time large group setting and probably really busy seems people complain because they had to wait for their food then they get it and gripe about it. Grow up poeple this place is fire!!!! Love golden star hints the name you know“

“One of the best run Panda locations. Clean and organized with friendly staff. I eat here at least 2-3 times a week and have never had an issue. If you do end up having any issues make sure to communicate that and they will do their best to make it right.“

“My husband and I just love eating at China Palace. Everything we have eaten there has been so delicious, and it is our favorite place to go for Chinese food, which is pretty often. Everyone has been super friendly and nice to us every time we’ve visited, even the chef came out one time and was talking with my husband. I highly recommend it, they have super yummy and delicious food there.😊“
