“Izumi in Eagle has always been very good and very consistent. The service is top notch, restaurant is clean. The quality of the fish at this location is better than most in the valley. Yoki is a standout sushi chef. We always like to sit at the sushi bar so we can interact with him while he makes our order. Yoki makes this trip and the bill worth it!!“

“I was so lucky to get to try this place out during my visit to Boise. My uncle who’s lived in Japan is a complete sushi iceberg, and we go nowhere else. I had to have the Godzilla road now I had many other roles and my cousin, to the number of different items the service was incredible!!! The spicy dragon roll was my favorite, but Godzilla you have to try!!! OH NOOOO I SAY YOU HAVE TO GO AND TRY GODZILLA!!“

“I introduced my college-aged daughter to Sakana on Vista a few weeks ago because I LOVE it and she’d never been here. Imagine our delight when we were served our maki rolls on the deluxe wooden sushi boat, complete with dry-ice “steam” and frozen flowers ! It was a spectacular presentation to our superb dining experience! Thank you so much for singling us out for this special exquisite treat! “When the sushi roll arrived at the house I was immediately impressed by its presentation. The roll was perfectly rolled, with each piece of crab and rice in perfect alignment. I couldn't wait to take a bite. As I took my first bite, I was blown away by the explosion of flavors in my mouth. The spiciness of the roll was just right, and it was perfectly complemented by the freshness of the crab. The rice was also perfectly cooked making it the perfect companion to everything else. But what really set this sushi roll apart was the service. The waiter was attentive and friendly, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. He even made a few recommendations for other dishes that I might enjoy, which I appreciated. The sushi roll has been incredible, and the service has been above and beyond. I can't wait to try more!“

“We came because Google and their website made it look like they have hibachi during the day, but was told when we got there it starts at 4. Disappointed, but undeterred, we stayed for sushi. Turns out we were very pleased. We had the sushi bridge and a sushi for one meal for three people and it was more than we could eat. We found the quality quite good as well.“

“Ordered 2 different sushi burritos, the Volcano and the Rainbow and both were delicious! I think the only thing that this place could use would be a new look. From the outside and even a bit on the inside, it looks kinda shabby. I often forget about this spot due to how it can come across as looking closed.“

“Tonight was our first time at Izumi and we were celebrating our 25 year anniversary. Brad was our waiter/server and he was so helpful and friendly and Fernando was our cook and he was hilarious and so entertaining. The food was so tasty and there was so much of it! My boys were impressed with the sushi too. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back!“

“I always pick up my food just cause it's so close. I just wanted to send props as I don't eat this as much as I should! But...... I LOVE HAPPY TERIYAKI!! “I go to the one @ Linder & Chinden. Today I added an egg roll to my order and OMG it was the best one I've ever had. The teriyaki bowls are great; generous amount of meat and always tasty. Rarely much of a wait and everyone very nice. Highly recommend.“

“This place is one of my favorite comfort food places. There are so many flavors of boba sometimes it's hard to decide! I always get the steak teriyaki bowl with brown rice, and it's always cooked through the way I like it and their teriyaki sauce is indescribable, I haven't found any other teriyaki sauce thats the same, it's so delicious. There is always a ton of fliers for community events here on the walls, it's so nice and encouraging to get into the community of Meridian and the surrounding areas. Ever since moving to Boise I haven't been able to make it down to this location very often, but it's always a favorite of mine when I'm in this area on occasion. Thank you so much for the amazing food and service.“

“Staff was friendly. The food portions are a healthy size. We ordered to go towards the end of the night. My order took a little longer since there was quite a few to go orders. I was offered a free drink to keep me happy because the wait time was so long. Overall, my experience was good.“
