“I had the greatest service I've ever had at the JJ's in Emmett. First, I love Jimmy John's and go often all over the Treasure Valley. Sandwiches are always good and service is always ok. But the service I recieved at the Emmett store from Triston was absolutely spectacular. I went through the drive-thru at 8:08 pm on Thursday evening. Nothing spectacular about that. But when I ordered and drove up to the window to pick up my food, I was met by a super friendly (not the crawl in your car window friendly) and kind young man. Something about the way he made me feel really welcomed, especially so close to closing time, and how nice he was, made me think about the experience all the way back home. The service was also very fast and because Triston was so nice, I think my sandwich tasted even better than they have before. I live a long way from Emmett, don't go there very often, and have never been to this Jimmy John's before. But I would return to this Jimmy John's again, just to see if Triston would help me. Extremely highly recommended!“

“I ordered a Hotshot Italiano through the app for carryout. They were very busy when I grabbed my sandwich. Got home, and it was perfect! I have not had a Subway sandwich look like that in a long time. When back told Kierstyn and Tyler what an amazing job they did and thanked them for it.
