Seems like they have it down to a science, never skipping a beat and all while keeping the place SO clean and tidy. 10/10 for these guys!“

“We don’t have Taco John’s where I live now, but where I grew up we had it. Couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take my daughter to Taco John’s while we were in Twin Falls last week. My chicken taco salad was so good! Eating the Potato Olés brought me back to my childhood.“

“I once went here a lot for real Root Beer on tap. The best root beer and floats ever. Then they took out the tap and now it’s just fountain like every other place. I stopped the other day for some food and there wasn’t anyone behind the counter. I ended up leaving w/o any food.
I wish they’d bring back the old fashioned root beer.“

“I can give 5 stars. Not because they did anything wrong but rather we didn’t have enough exposure to warrant 5 stars.The lobby was empty.We only spoke to one attendant. She didn’t speak but still smiled and tried to help.Best thing was the fact the Blizzards were made how they advertise them. Thick and delicious.Based on this service was meh, atmosphere was really meh, and the food was standard.“

“I hate that it took me this long but I needed to give a huge shout out to Yolanda. Why would an amazing human being she is. I DoorDash some food and when it got here there was an item missing. I called the store in Yolanda said yes she knew and she couldn't catch the DoorDash driver soon enough. She asked if she could get it for me another day I said it was actually for someone at my house He's dinner and she said okay let me see if I can get it to you. This woman actually got an her vehicle took my address down and brought it to my home. That right there is dedication at it's finest. I know people don't think fast food service is hard but I'm here to tell you it is. And for somebody to go above and beyond like that, well it shows you their character. “By far the best service from a fast food sit down takeout place in my life . I walked in had a concern and it was not even thought about just taken care of immediately with a smile, it was almost unreal. I spent 11 1/2 years in the military and was stationed in several different states and have done a couple of tours overseas. Nobody ever has come close to the treatment that the manager at the Jerome Idaho location . Clovesia is her name and she is a star in the works . When i was managing a big dealership or anything i was always on the lookout for this kind of talent .
