“I have been to several Capriottis. This one meets all the criteria for an excellent sandwich like the others. The vegetarian options are superior to pretty much every other place I've been to. On top of that, their unique sandwich specials like the Bobby are second to none.i recently tried their tuna sandwich and was impressed (but not surprised) by the quality and taste. Where this location lacks is in customer service. They aren't rude by any means, but they rarely smile or attempt to make their customers feel special. A small issue I hope they can fix. I've been going to this location for years now, and their lack of understanding of what it takes to have superior customer service is not a hindrance. And may be a blessing in disguise. If it were better, the lines would undoubtedly be longer, and I'd have to wait that much more. Lol.

“They seem to be understaffed like every other fast food restaurant. There was only 1 worker doing a rush and what seemed to be some Uber Eats orders. The Highschool kids are rowdy and fill up the small diner room. The worker was nice really caring about my Subway Wrap. I would recommend people to be patient especially with it being understaffed.“
