“I am in Boise for my husband’s work conference and I was searching for the “best coffee” around. This is literally a hop skip and a jump from our hotel so I figured I’d go here first. Needless to say, I liked it so much that I came back the next day.
On my first visit, I bought a blueberry mascarpone hand pie and a lavender oat milk latte ?
Today, a plain oat milk latte and a bag of beans so I can enjoy it when I get home.
The service was great both days, and everyone is super friendly.
It’s a small place and all the tables were taken but I was on the go so it didn’t matter either way.
I’ll be making another stop in the morning before we head out.

“Dawson Taylor is my absolute favorite coffee shop in town, their baristas and coffee are absolutely amazing. I just heard that they are planning to get rid of the mosaic art that I absolutely love in their coffee shop! Please don’t do it! KEEP THE MOSIAC AND MURAL OUT FRONT!!!“

“So our little coffee shop is out in the middle of nowhere and the espresso machine broke down. Someone had told me to get ahold of these guys in Boise... I called and they immediately called me back to fix our machine. Stephen and Michael were excellent they both made sure that they went above and beyond to get us going. Michael drove all the way out here in the middle of nowhere on the border of Oregon and Nevada to come fix our machine. If I could give 100 Stars I would. Highly highly highly love their coffee and recommend these guys.“

“This coffee shop feels big with enough indoor/outdoor seating and high ceilings. They keep the menu simple but have more than just coffee and tea. There are little sweet and savory bites to choose from, too. The atmosphere is casual, and there is plenty of natural light to enjoy. My steeped tea was brought right out to my table. I will be back!“

“I love this place! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is clean, well laid out, and comfortable. By far the best part is the product. Organic coffee, organic milk, and they have raw milk as an option for just $1 more. I appreciate having a coffee option that is just as good, if not higher quality than what I can make in my own kitchen.
Thanks guys for doing the work to provide us with such a great place to go!“
