Cozy little spot tucked away in Garden City. The staff was friendly, the food came out super fast, and everything tasted really fresh.
There’s definitely a little bit of that gentrification vibe creeping into the area, but honestly, it worked here. Great atmosphere, good people, and really solid food.

I am saying that because I believe it, not because I have actually tried all of the tacos in Boise.
This place was absolutely incredible. I tried chicken, El Pastor, Carnitas, every one was incredible. Good sized tacos, and decent price. Will for sure be coming back, Probably regularly

Rosa Garden City serves authentic Mexican food in a casual environment wrapped in great service and atmosphere. The tacos are the best in the treasure valley. The Barbacoa taco is the best taco in Boise. The tacos al Pastor with a spicy Margarita slushy really hit the spot. The meats have an amazing sort of marinade, tasting like they were slow cooked. The rice and beans are perfect. The rice is nicely seasoned with a nice creaminess to the beans. The chips are a must have side. The soft serve is amazing. Service is fast. It gets absolutely packed during busy times and there is not a ton of seating, but it is worth it.
