“I have been eating at TNT for YEARS but when I went to redeem my buy 10 get 1 free punch card the waitress went to the kitchen, came back, threw it down on the table and said "We don't honor those any more"! I was totally shocked that they would not honor the fully punched card. If they want to discontinue handing them out - fine, but AT LEAST HONOR THE CARD THAT a regular customer spent $ on dining with the understanding TNT would honor & fulfill their promise !!! Now I wonder what OTHER moral decisions they have fudged in preparing my meals“
