“I placed an order around 1:30pm on the app for the wrong jack in the box and was still able to get my food after I got off from work instead of getting a refund thanks to Dustin who wrote a note for the night crew and for Chris who allowed it to be remade for me! This was much appreciated as I hadn’t eaten anything all day! Thanks guys excellent customer service!!!“
