My family loves visiting pretzel maker while at the mall. Today though, I was blown away at how unprofessional, unproductive and lazy the staff was. Out of 4 boys there, only one of them worked. He was great. He consistently worked, was on top of orders while also making the food. I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde, fluffy hair and the rest had brown. I normally have no problem here, in fact I really like it. I don’t mind waiting if the line is long, but I’ve now tried to order a particular item three different times and have not been able to. Once it was because they were busy, no big deal. Second and third time was because “our machine is down” &’ “we’re not doing those today.” I understand being low-staffed, but the second and third time there was next to nobody here on a weekday.
