Subway offers delicious sandwiches served by a friendly and efficient team. Despite busy times and technical issues, the staff handles rush hours smoothly. Customers appreciate the excellent service and flavorsome meals. Recently, a staff member named Mary went above and beyond by remaking a special order that had reverted to the original sandwich settings. The restaurant is very clean and features great soda. However, some customers feel that staff could be more friendly and greet customers at the counter instead of just staring from behind. During peak hours, additional staff support would help improve the overall experience. The restaurant is also capable of accommodating last-minute group orders, making it a reliable choice for gatherings.
