“Enoteca is a standout in Ketchum. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxed, and the staff is genuinely kind and warm without feeling overbearing. I visited while in town from out of state and felt welcome right away. The food absolutely lived up to the setting - my duck confit was rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. An excellent meal from start to finish, and a place I’d confidently recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Ketchum.“

“10 Star Review! We hosted a private dinner for 11 people at The Grill at Knob Hill. Will, the manager was so great to work with. Will, and the chef curated a beautiful Autumn Idaho Dinner. Our guests were from Boston and New Hampshire so we wanted to present the best from Idaho. We started with a Fall Moscow Mule for cocktail, then a beautiful nut, dried fruit, cheese, honey, roasted garlic baguette plates for each guest, then a savory butternut squash soup with basil olive oil drizzle, the Autumn salad with shaved cheese, nut, pomegranate was awesome, the main entree was Idaho trout with an herb butter and wagu steak, rice pilaf, the famous popovers, and finished with Fall home made stone fruit cobbler. The wine choices by Will were awesome. Autumn in Sun Valley - Ketchum, the beautiful golden aspen trees, and a fantastic dinner and amazing staff at the Grill at Knob Hill was the perfect evening.“

“Vintage is one of my absolute all-time favorites! Everything on their menu and every special is amazing! The atmosphere is quite, quaint, romantic, and upscale. The waitstaff is very friendly and professional and chef Rod is amazing! They have a fantastic selection of wines are helpful to pair the best wine with your meal. I love when they run events like Lobsterfest or Trailing of the Sheep. The lunches are also amazing. Hands down one of the best restaurants in the valley.“

I’ve travelled to 116 countries so far - and this place has better & more complex flavors than restaurants serving similar food in Asia - or anywhere, for that matter. How do they get the ingredients so fresh in Ketchum?—that question has always confounded me. Praying they open a location in Boise 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻“
