Great restaurant with great food and drinks! We make the drive from Salt Lake pretty regularly and this is where we stay and eat. We eat here even when we don't stay here because it's phenomenal!
We had a wonderful experience at Portneuf Grill! Derrick, the F&B mgr, has created a menu with fresh combinations and bright flavors. The lamb chop special was delicious! The full bar, carefully curated wine selection, and attentive service added to a memorable and enjoyable evening.
The dinner was such a delight. Derek was a great guide through the menu and the beverage program. The food was innovative and delicious. We started with pan seared scallops which were really nice, macadamia nut and parmesan sauce was a very tasty presentation. Then we dined on Pork Milanese and Chicken Carciofi.
