Our server was excellent! But unfortunately my TBone was well done when I ordered medium rare. I showed the waiter and he agreed it was overdone he mentioned the cook just got back from Mexico and was having some issues with the steaks. He brought me a second that was even more over done. I tried to eat it but it was basically well done shoe leather. After showing the waiter he agreed that it looked over done. Where to start on such an excellent dining experience... I guess at the beginning. My date and I did not know that reservations where required, but even when not having any, the owner/director kindly accommodated us as if we did have reservations. Immediately, I sensed an atmosphere of “welcome home”.
