“I ate lunch at this Arby's location last weekend and was impressed despite a long wait for my food. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich meal through the drive through and it took an longer amount of time than normal to get my meal. The food was amazing though, so maybe it was worth the wait!“

They're not so bad about doing it if you go inside, open your food right at the counter and then call them on it when they don't have what you blatantly asked for.

I'm just referring to settle things like can I have double lettuce or no cheese and extra bacon. It seems to be something they just won't compromise on. If it's not simple they're going to give you simple anyway. Your address your customer what are you going to do come back“

“So, my husband and I had an ice cream cone a little more than a week ago and we were not happy with the dense ice milk substance that we were served with. This McDonald's has always given us the best service! I wrote a complaint and sent it to corporate and they asked if I wished to be contacted and I said yes. Once again, we were shopping in Lewiston this weekend and stopped for another cone. THEY'RE BAAAACK! It was delicious! Smooth, creamy, tasty and we were very happy! Today I received a call from Lindsey and she apologized for the malfunctioning of their ice cream machine and is sending us a gift card! Yay! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! “Pizza Hut addicts for over 30yrs. Had Papa John's 1st time ever yesterday. Flavor was amazing. Had to have a slice before we left town. Had another slice when we got home(Winchester). Today was the true test. Leftover pizza. Still was very surprised at the taste and it wasn't soggy nor the consistancy of cardboard and still tasted great. Love the parmesan on the top! Sam, very friendly and personable. We will now become Papa John's addicts.“

“I have been to several MOD locations in various places, and this location was hands down my best experience at any MOD. The staff was friendly and accommodating (Kristie), and the food was good with excellent portions of toppings. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend stopping there when in Lewiston.“

“I love this Burger King. It started when I drove in the parking lot and it was clean and nicely landscaped. At the drive thru, the woman was very polite, nice and efficient. And the Whopper was perfect! Fresh, tasty, with a nice bun that held up to the ingredients. Never left a review for a fast food place before, but I had to compliment whoever is running this place for the quality of atmosphere, trained employees, and great food.“

“We were there January 10th, 2024 and there was a young girl with long braids working. She was amazing. The store was spotless and she was the only one there. She was doing online orders and working the counter. The food was fresh and really good. She was so nice and fast. A great employee from the customers standpoint. She's a keeper!!!

“I went to the Subway off 8th St & there were 3 ladoes working. Demi made my sandwiches, and her co-workers (I couldn't make out the names on their hats. I think Kristen & I couldn't see the other lady's at the drive-thru) were amazing! They were so cheerful and funny! Demi, honestly, made the best sandwiches (The Boss & The HotShot) we have eaten ever! Kudos to all 3 ladies! Keep up he good work!“
