“The morning manager took my order, and did a great job at communicating how long of a wait I would have for what I wanted. (He was willing to warm up their grill for me because we wanted hamburgers earlier than is typical.) He Came out to my vehicle while it was still warming to make sure I was still content with the wait. I felt like this exhibited stellar customer service. Food was fresh and delicious!“
“My burger was very good. Nothing missing. The help was very friendly and courteous. The portions were bigger than the big burger places serve for their super "size me" food. The fries were served with no salt but you could ask for a package. The best part for me was the malt. Malts weren't listed but I asked if they made them? I got a thick one. It tasted like real ice cream was used. I actually tasted the malt with the first spoon full. We go through Malad 3 or 4 times a year. Now we know where to get a good fast meal.
