“Location has been slowly improving on their speed. Seems regularly understaffed which would explain the speed. Products were fresh and hot tho. Worth waiting. The manager Aspen seems to genuinely care about their job but seems overworked (compensating for short staff?). Food seems to come MUCH faster when she's on shift. Crew should follow in her footsteps and add some pep to theirs!“

“By far the best spicy chicken sandwich and fries I’ve ever had not just from Wendy’s, but from anywhere. The chicken was perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. My wife’s Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was the best she’s ever had from a Wendy’s too.

If you’re driving by on the freeway, it’s absolutely worth the quick detour. Judging by some of the older reviews, it seems like this location took the feedback seriously because they absolutely nailed it. Keep doing whatever you’re doing back there… and don’t let whoever was working this shift transfer to another store in fact give the employee a raise. Around 3:00pm 6/27/2026“

“I love the bacon, egg and cheese McGriddles. I realize we’re at the point where everything is being downsized, but I really thought they would have included the bacon, egg and cheese.“

“Service was good as always. I love it. I read the review from Quake. That kid is autistic and he’s my kid. He doesn’t make eye contact with people and he struggles with different emotions. I’m proud of him for getting a job and trying to be part of a community where people bash without understanding and the fact he is autistic and working is special and it’s hard for him“

“Just got off work in Tremont Utah at the gas station and I noticed the Arby's connected to it. I went up and got my meal ordered then when I payed my card declined. I definitely have money on it but it said their POS system doesn't like my card. So I just said "its ok!" and started to walk away. WELL, the nice woman at the counter gave me my drink for free (awesome!) I thought at least this wasn't worth nothing! Well then she came out and just gave me my food for free! This place is awesome and I can't wait to come back here again when I'm working at the gas station part. Thank you Arby's for making my day! 😁“

“This is my second visit here & food is really good . Dairy Queen is actually one of my favorite fast food to eat in New York City . But in Staten Island both of the locations are out of business now so I missed their fish sandwiches!

The workers are very nice respectful hard working . But the lady manager kinda of stingy when it comes to ketchup lol . For both of us they only gave me 3 packets , I was like I need more ketchup, we have fries too . Then she gave me 2 more ketchup! I didn’t know if I should laugh or cry lol“
