I would rate this Wendy’s higher during my family’s daytime visits, but the last 2 times I’ve gone past 9pm in the last month, have been terrible. The night shift makes you pull your car to the mobile pickup spots to “ensure your food is fresh” but not only was it cold, because they wanted to take everyone else they made get out of the drive thru out, but it was wrong too. All the food came out fast and it was hot. Good customer service
About 50% of the time when I purchasing something from here. They get my order wrong.
It is extremely frustrating. I ask for a burger, plain with cheese. Then, I get the burger with everything on it. Nice.
I ask for two biggie bags (2 x 4ct chicken nuggets, two large fries, and two cheeseburgers). I then get (1 x 6ct chicken nugget, two medium fries half-full, a cheeseburger, and chicken sandwich.
