Normally I don’t leave reviews but I’m sick of this place. The staff is usually super friendly, but every time one of two things happens: They’re completely out of the spicy nuggets, or I have to pull around and wait. This happening once or twice is understandable. But for a year, it’s been like this and I’m fed up. Either stock the food or take it off the menu.
They 2 I spoke to in the drive through were super nice and courteous. But as I ate my burger, I realized it was raw. Normally I am okay with med rare steak and burgers but not in fast food, I want that burger cooked cooked, and while I appreciate how sweet the workers were. I also doordash, and watched multiple people bring their food to the counter to show their burgers werent cooked.
By far the best spicy chicken sandwich and fries I’ve ever had not just from Wendy’s, but from anywhere. The chicken was perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. My wife’s Junior Bacon Cheeseburger was the best she’s ever had from a Wendy’s too.

The drive-thru might need improvement as customers have to ask others to let them out of line when the service is slow. Overall, Wendy's has improved over the past year and offers a satisfying fast-food experience. The restaurant's atmosphere is quiet and nice, with friendly staff including a lady at the counter who works hard to serve customers efficiently. The menu now features the best fries and a wider variety of options, including gluten-free choices like baked potato with cream in a tube and taco salad, which are safe dietary options. The breakfast menu has received positive feedback for its upgrades, though some feel the biscuits could use more honey butter. However, some recent visits have shown the restaurant was not very clean, with dirty tables and no drinks stocked at times. Food quality has varied, with some orders being sloppy and fries cold and stale, but the French toast for breakfast was enjoyed by kids. Overall, Wendy's continues to improve and offers a reliable fast-food experience with friendly service and new menu items.
