“We went this evening. I think it was their 2nd day open & staff was still getting trained. Many people showed up to have some custard but parking was not even an issue. We ate inside. It's clean & I think the layout of everything is great. There's a drive through, a walk up window, & you can order inside to stay or go. The service was quick and the custard was so good! We will definitely be back.“

“Feedback directly to NICE helps in our training programs. For most all employees it is their first job (kudos for actually working!). We continually focus on skills including customer service, treat creation, as well as treat quality. I am sorry if your experience was not satisfying, let me know directly how to make it better through the website contact form. If you are complaining because "shave ice or ice cream is cold", well, have a happy life. If you are bashing Northern Ice because you work for a competitor, shame on you for the dishonesty. If you can do a better job, please submit an application, we are always looking to hire good, honest people. For those that enjoyed the experience, thank you for kind words and supporting the employees making a difference in their lives. Regards, --David (Owner Northern Ice)“

“I had a great experience at Subway because of Thalia! She was very kind, friendly, and made sure my order was made perfectly. She was fast, efficient, and still took the time to provide amazing customer service. She had a great attitude and made me feel welcomed. You can tell she really cares about making customers happy. Thank you, Thalia, for making my visit such a positive experience!“

“Good food, service, prices and deals with the app. Am a repeat customer for that reason. Thanks! I usually get lunch or dinner on a weekend sometimes, it's not an everyday thing but a good treat and unlike other places I never get sick. Big plus!“
