“We visit this location regularly and love the food! Last night, we went through the drive-through. When we got home, we noticed that one of our sandwiches was wrong. I went back, and the general manager took care of us. He made the correct sandwich himself and gave us a buy one, get one coupon. I was very impressed by the service I received there! Highly recommend this location!“
“We went there on a Saturday evening to pick up some quick dinner for the family. Because my husband is diametrically opposed to drive throughs, we went in. There was no wait, though there was someone in the drive through.Anyhow, we were very indecisive. The man working the front and the window asked us if we were ready in a very reasonable amount of time. When we said we weren't, he apologized and went went back to serve the window which was entirely reasonable.Once we indicated we were ready to order, the service was prompt and very friendly. The worker realized if we ordered the same items a different way (it was a large order) it would save us money, which we were thrilled about and appreciated his conciencous effort.As we waited, another gentleman came in who only spoke spoke spanish, and another employee took his order, again, all very efficient and excellent service.The food, once we got it home, was everything we expect from Carl's Jr. Good sized, tasty burgers (we didnt order chicken, so I cant speak to that), and good fries. The drink machine worked fine. I am GF so had a lettuce wrap burger and that was just as good as I expected.I actually get that lettuce wrap burger every couple months, and I swear its the same guy working the wi dow every time I go, the same guy who surved us Saturday. Every time he's there both the service and food are right on point.“
“Clinton location. Best darn chicken fingers, period!! Son of a gun, I even order extras, to put in the fridge here at the job site. Eat em later or tomorrow, still totally bomb. Love their chicken. Keep up the good work, and yes, I recommend these folks!!“
“The manager was very helpful and noticed things that any other manager would not have. Because of this he was able to help me out. Five stars for that. I should have gotten his name because he deserves a raise.This is the second review, the place was pretty dirty. Check the pictures and you can see the garage everywhere. The lady at the counter had a hard time understanding and getting us water cups. Food is still good but customer service and maintenance needs some work.“

“Food is excellent and prices are great but they have never honored any of the coupons they send me. Especially through t.mobile Tuesday's. Also, they seem completely unable to tell when they are running low on any entree, so they don't start cooking it before it runs out. Every single time I go there they tell me they are out of what ever I order and it will be an 8 to 15 minute wait while they cook more. Great food but very frustrating.“
“I prefer this Taco Bell location over most others.They've always gotten my order correct at the Clinton location, I am the type of person who makes quite a few changes to what I like on my food, and they've gotten it right every time.They did change to kiosk only recently, so now you don't even place your order with a human.I like this personally. As mentioned, I remove a lot of toppings and sauces from my order, and at a kiosk, I can make sure everything was entered correctly. This location is also always clean, I appreciate that!My one complaint is that in the washroom they only have a blower to dry hands. I cannot stand this, and I always bring napkins in with me to dry my hands and to use to open the washroom door on my way out.Other than not offering paper towels to dry hands in the washroom, I think this Taco Bell location is great!“
“Stopped in for lunch. It was busy as usual. While preparing our food when asked what items we wanted, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times, items were put in our food we didn't want but because we were hungry we ate it of course.I wish the employees would pay more attention to what they are doing. And listen to the customers requests.“
