“If you're not in a hurry and want to enjoy a good burger outdoors in McCall, this is the place.
The food was good, but their sense of urgency and friendly service could be improved. With only 5 people ahead of us in line, we waited more than 30 minutes for 4 burgers with fries. And the staff "running" food looked like pouty teenagers who just had their phones taken away. 😳
Not sure what causes such a mindset in such a beautiful place. Being in customer service for a few decades, it probably stood out more for me than it would for most people, but it's something for management to explore. 🤷♀️“

“My husband and I came up for his birthday weekend, and I booked a table online - easy to do and followed up with a phone call to make sure we got a table with a lake view. Cutwater delivered hugely - got table right next to the lake, had a great appetizer of potato croquettes, wonderful mains of the ribeye and halibut (slightly overcooked to my liking but nice and flaky), and the strawberry roulade for dessert. However, when I booked, I mentioned we were going for my husband's birthday, and they also surprised him with a cupcake - so sweet and thoughtful. We definitely recommend it to everyone!“

“My daughter lived in McCall for the summer and sadly we didn’t find this amazing restaurant until her last week. Their sandwiches are out of this world delicious and the bread is made fresh each day. We are eating lunch here each day this week before she leaves 😊“

“The service, as well as food is INCREDIBLE! The cooks do an outstanding job and the girl that runs the front desk does an outstanding job! They don’t ask or require tips, all the reason more to do so!“

“We only ordered drinks - my Chai was pretty good overall but my husband, while okay with it, wasn't too pleased with his coffee. It was also super busy during an off time, but we will probably try again.“
