Alex was amazing today! I placed an online order for two sandwiches and one of them was messed up by another worker. I had my friend go back in and ask them to remake it. And he was so kind and apologetic about it and made it how it was supposed to be made. And he honestly is a great employee! He handled a crazy rush by himself and was left with morning dishes and still had a good attitude on everything! I 100% going and having him make you a sandwich. New staff being trained. I have nothing but admiration for trainers and trainees. We had a problem with the guy on his phone talking to one of his friends while he should be paying attention.( I guess he didn't think we would notice, he had ear buds in or understand this conversation). Mr whoever you are do better. The young lady helping us was great. Manager was hustling and keeping it running.

Subway is a well-run restaurant known for its excellent customer service. The food is standard, but the new Footlong Sidekicks, including the footlong pretzel from Auntie Ann's, are standout options. The sandwiches are good, they fill you up, and you get what you’re paying for. The restaurant maintains a sleek Subway look and is feeling fresh and clean. While the service can be a little slower when busy, the staff works hard, they are nice and they try. Many customers appreciate the nice and accurate service, and the food quality has received positive feedback. The employees are amazing and dedicated, with wonderful work attitudes that provide a good experience.
