I didn’t think they were still using challenged people in food establishments anymore especially unsupervised. They were doing the best they could but were struggling. The lady behind me had a 20 and he was out of 5s apparently no one has the keys or authority to get them change. The group of us there scraped up enough change to pay for the lady’s burger since they couldn’t break her 20. My food was cold.
