It's such a bummer that more than half the time you guys run out of the popular cookie of the week. You'd think you would order way more so this doesn't happen?? But it does, and it sucks! 🙄
While we LOVE Crumbl in general, the experience at the Meridian location is a mixed bag. I’ve had some flawless experiences and some really bad ones. When I say bad I’m talking about a very rude employee for literally no known reason aggressively sliding the box across the counter and saying “here” We had no prior interaction and nothing had happened, she just had the worst attitude. When we looked at her in disbelief she stared us down and finally shouted “what?!”...
The cookies are good but the service is poor. We walked in and nobody said anything to us. Apparently you only order through the tablet which we didn’t know. When I asked for help, someone came over but did not seem happy about helping.
