I've eaten at Papa Kelsey's in Meridian since it opened and have loved their food. Tonight, my taco salad was not up to their usual standards. In the past, I've gotten a lot of goodies on the salad, meat, cheese, tomatoes, olives. Tonight, the salad was mostly lettuce and very little else. And I had them leave off the chips, so they could have put a little more of the other stuff on it. I had to dig to even find any meat and cheese.
