“Their food is great! This is the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've ever been in, it smells clean even. Their food was fabulous, we usually get delivery, so I was glad when my son suggest staying to dinner. We're telling everyone about it and we'll definitely be back. ❤️😁“

“Overall I really enjoyed my experience here. I've read the reviews and even heard someone complaining about their customer service in a fb group. I had the buffet and almost everything was above my expectations. Potstickers are always hit and miss at restaurants. If they are homemade they have a foul taste to them and I've experienced this in idaho, California, Washington all over and im not sure whatvthats about. So there's that. The stickers homemade. Oh well. The staff maybe anxious but not rude at all. Very attentive and was tending to me just fine. I think the negative reviews are getting to them but it shouldn't. I came on their opening hour and 5 people came to dine in and at least 2 to 3 deliveries girl picked up with another 3 ringing in. The buffet maybe a bit over priced but I'll take this over an over crowded buffet where I have to wait or have a panic attack just to get my food. Please come give it a shot. These people work hard and are a staple to nampa.“

“I’d say that about seventy-five percent of the time it’s a good experience, although the rest of the time it’s like tonight where they forgot my egg roll. The most frustrating thing is how they stop cooking food an hour before closing so the menu availability sucks.“

When I got home both meals were wrong and my spring rolls were not in the bag. Going out to fast-food is expensive and when you drive home and your order is wrong really irritating.“

The city needs to give the Golden Palace another 10 minute parking spot for carry out orders. And enforce the 10 minute time limit. So many people don't honor this and simply park there and go someplace else, completely disregarding folks who go for carry out. Frustrating! Be prepared to park as much as 2 blocks, sometimes further just for carry out at Golden Palace.“
