McDonald's in Nampa

“I just want to say thank you to Julan for providing me with exceptional customer service😁This has become a forgotten art in the world these days. So, when I do get the pleasure of having this kind of experience/interaction with an employee it really brightens my day and warms my heart :-) McDonald's has the best fountain sodas around (in my opinion) so this is my spot to get a cool refreshing drink. I always ask for extra ice however the majority of the time it isn't provided in my drink. I don't like mention that my order was not done correctly so I usually just go about taking in my soda without extra ice. My experience with Julan was AWESOME because he actually listened as he took my order, he read it back to confirm it was correct and then took it upon himself to fill my drink order with extra ice as I requested. I didn't have to ask twice and it really resonated with me. It's the simplest of things that can make the biggest impact in a person's life Thank you so much again. I appreciate you!“

“It’s december 3rd 11:18 2025 and i just went through the drive through to get some food and the two gentlemen working at the windows were so polite one of them went as far as complimenting my car and making conversation,they had great manners and responded with sir and even offered if there’s anything else they could do for me people like that deserve raises and recognition.“

“I was taking my friend to his first day of work nearby, and we thought we had plenty of time. After placing our order and waiting out front for the order, we saw that it was starting to get close on time. I went inside and was immediately asked by a very friendly gentleman named Bernie if he could help with anything. I explained the situation. He immediately ascertained how soon our order would be ready, asked the line crew to spring it on the fly when it was, and in the very short interval until that moment, got me a free coffee (for the food taking a little while- for understandable, quality-assurance reasons he explained to me). Because of this exceptional McDonald’s employee I got my friend to his first day of work exactly on time. Many thanks indeed!🙂“
