McDonald's in Nampa

“I just want to say thank you to Julan for providing me with exceptional customer service😁This has become a forgotten art in the world these days. So, when I do get the pleasure of having this kind of experience/interaction with an employee it really brightens my day and warms my heart :-) McDonald's has the best fountain sodas around (in my opinion) so this is my spot to get a cool refreshing drink. I always ask for extra ice however the majority of the time it isn't provided in my drink. I don't like mention that my order was not done correctly so I usually just go about taking in my soda without extra ice. My experience with Julan was AWESOME because he actually listened as he took my order, he read it back to confirm it was correct and then took it upon himself to fill my drink order with extra ice as I requested. I didn't have to ask twice and it really resonated with me. It's the simplest of things that can make the biggest impact in a person's life Thank you so much again. I appreciate you!“

“I just watched a young man who works here stop and interact with an older man who had just taken his seat. He was so kind and genuinely interested in the man. A few minutes later, I saw the manager stop by and interact with the man and his wife as well. It was awesome to see, and not at all what I typically expect from a McDonalds. I come here about once a week and always have great service.“
