McDonald's in Boise

“This is a high chain fast food restaurant, the food is decent & comes out fast. There are seating areas inside, & a drive-thru, so super convenient. Ever since the kiosks went in, the personalized customer service has gone down would be my only issue.“

“Went in to get a fish fillet, a quarter pounder, and one of those new Red Bull dragon fruit drinks. Service was friendly, quick, if it was delicious. One of the best lobbies I've seen in a while in cleanliness. Still wasn't the best. There was some trash still on the floor. May have just been busy.“

“McDonald's is McDonald's and while it's been around for longer than I've been alive it's still a good place to eat it's a shame to see how many people are still expecting fast food to be fast when they've added so much more to a fast food joints plate such as the Uber eats and DoorDash and GrubHub The front counter is no longer a priority the drive-through is a priority and even still sometimes it takes forever because some people like to order $100 orders through the drive-thru while others expect it to be a super fast situation because they utilize it for what it's for which is a meal or two and heading out our economy is made it to where McDonald's is like the cheapest food to eat yet the most unhealthyest food to eat still I would eat there seems how it's within my budget“

“I didn't really order food here today but we did get a treat. My husband and I were out for a late night Hello Kitty hunt for all the happy meal toys. We hit up a couple McDonald's already with no success so we made our way to this location.

I was here earlier in the week and a nice manager helped me out with some toys. He was super nice about it! I got my toys and a happy meal box. He said that they were getting another shipment the next day so of course I had to make it back in.

My husband and I did snag a couple hot fudge sundaes. It was about 10:45 so it was pretty empty. I don't know how busy it was but the soda area and a couple tables could have used some cleaning. It was pretty dirty from spilled fluids and trash. We didn't stay long so it didn't really bother me.

A big thank you to the manager and the associate last night. They were so chill about me asking for the toys. And they took their time looking for ones that I still need. I'm sure I'll be back soon for the rest of the collection!“

“Went in to get two double quarter pounders and one of those new dragonfruit redbulls. Service was quick and friendly. It look like it was mostly teens. When I was giving my drink there was some creativity given to how it was prepared versus is how it is traditionally prepared and whoever prepared it read me like a book. I loved it. Food was good. Listening to the friendly chatter of staff was nice. Only downside was that the lobby was dirty. Though you can chalk that up to busyness, or potential policy change as this seems to be every restaurant in the valley lately.

They will be seeing me again.“

“The food is always assured to you as soon as possible, the staff I've had attend to me are always attentive to getting the order right. Isabel is a friendly employee there, she's always doing her best to make the customer happy and satisfied with their visit wether its at the drive-through or up at the counter to pay, I would visit here again.“

“I ordered a plain cheese burger for curbside because I just got off of work and wanted a snack. I sat and watched cars come and go for an hour. Other curb sides getting there stuff before me and the staff ignoring my car. I waited long to try and give them a break “mabey they’re busy” “mabey those other people ordered first” but an hour for something I’m sure they have just waiting on a shelf. I’m not ussaly on this side of town because my dad said a lot of it is racist and I try not to have the same outlook as my father because times have changed but damn this just makes me feel supper sucky. And if the look, one of the employees gave me after giving another curb side there single ice cream cone was one that was ment to make me feel unwelcome I guess it worked :( I would have just walked in but damn I felt so hated, I just left“

“Absolutely spectacular experience today. The service immaculate🙌 two drink carriers for extra support and protection! After driving away in the midst of absolute newborn chaos a Diet sodie went skyrocketing into a car chair. Did the lid pop off? Was there soda spilled on the floor of the car? Was the drink lost forever? Nay! All was well the drink was secure the seats were dry. All because of the beautiful service in putting the lid on firmly!🥹 highly recommend this beautiful local business! No notes whatsoever!!“

“I noticed there's a single young man working all hours lately and today it looked like he was doing a lot by himself. Just want to say he's a very hard worker who kept a very positive attitude. I came by at almost 11pm Thursday Sept 10th and he was there working hard and as fast as he could. I came by today at almost noon and again HE was there busting his butt and working hard. I didn't catch his name but whatever y'all are paying him it's not enough because it looks like he's doing the job of 4 people at once by himself and he's got an amazing work ethic and professional attitude.“
