Brought my grandkids for coco and we had the misfortune of being served by Ema. Her customer service skills were unprofessional and extremely rude. My coffee was delicious and the kids loved their coco but when you treat a paying customer like a pest for asking questions and roll your eyes maybe you should rethink your profession.
Coffee is fine, most of the people they have at the window are friendly, but they treat their longtime customers like crap and the company supports their lack of customer service. They have policies that are not posted but enforce them when it benefits them. Don’t bother contacting the company if there is a problem, they don’t care and won’t respond. Their lack of care has lost them 2 loyal customers and and one else we would have recommended to go there.
Great service, excellent blended caramel mocha, super clean and friendly!!
