“The food and drink at JaKs Place is excellent. It is close to our home so feels like a good neighborhood bar. The service has been quick and pleasant and the entertainment is fantastic. Highly recommend JaKs to anyone that hasn’t tried it yet.“

“A friendly neighborhood brewery with great craft suds, professional service, casual atmosphere, and some live jams! Visited prior to an airport pickup and was totally impressed. The beer was tasty and the folks were super friendly. Bonus was the blues jam going on. Dog friendly which was nice cause it was a hot summer afternoon and they even gave Mrs. Mildred a big bowl of ice water. The lady working the tap was the best and chatted about our common interests in motorcycling. Even spoke to the fella in the office and the guy in the brewery operation and all of em were very welcoming to this stranger from 2500 miles away which was much appreciated. Unique neighborhood and parked in the shade under the overpass.“

“They are just wonderful. I wanted to sample their pickle sno-cone slushies. They gave us a small one so we could sample it. It tastes strange but good in a funny way.
UPDATE:
We went to the Nampa Sonic@Idaho center. We ordered the new Smash Burger. I am not really a burger person but I thought I would try it. It was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it. The sauce knocks it out of the park!“

“I'll be back every saturday for the breakfasts. It's on the second floor overlooking the planes and runway. The chicken fry steak was excellent and the coffee was good.“
