wowza! great staff, food, and service!
I work at a fast casual restaurant. and I understand fast service and get your guest through the line, but however I never got a hello or welcome to port of subs. I got asked what they can start twice in a row after I said I don't know. no conversation like, have you ever been here or anything like that.
