Went the other day with some family, haven't been in a long time. Used to come often. They were running some fundraiser for a company we support so we went. There were 4 Adults and 4 Kids. The hostess lady was less than pleasant and seemed like she was tolerating but had me feeling like I wasn't wanted. We wait 15 minutes and get seated towards the back. The ordering system by phone was wonderful! However upon arriving for pickup was not so great. We opted for carry out, NOT curbside. My husband went in and was told by 3 different people over the course of 25min they were checking on the order but never came back. It wasn’t until the 4th asked that we actually got our food. There were items missing when we got home but it wasn’t worth driving 18min back to get them.

Red Robin is kind of a classic, I suppose. The burgers are good. Service at this location was decent. We went for my son’s birthday on this particular evening. The burgers were good, and did not disappoint. The server was exceptional in the sense of keeping drinks/fries refilled, and getting us plates/forks for the cake we brought in.
