My husband and I are from Boise and decided to have a staycation in Nampa. We came across Jak’s neighborhood grill and it did not disappoint. The vibe was nice with live music playing, got sat quietly at the bar and our sever/bartender was super nice and informative. They even gave recommendations as well. Amazing place to eat ! We have not been disappointed yet here. So dang good… the only thing is they are out of the popular dishes fairly often. Other than that this place is a great family spot.
Stopped for lunch, it was first visit. The food was quite good. I tried the finger steaks and they were far above average! One friend had the mushroom swiss burger, which he really enjoyed. Unfortunately, they seemed to be understaffed. It looked like there were only two servers. The service was good, but not as timely I imagine it regularly is.
