“They ordered on the app, but still waited.Almost twenty minutes before my food came out once.I arrived. This is good, but they forgot to give me a straw.And the cheese that went with my pretzel, so I had to call and request those things be brought out to me. Then when I started drinking my beverage, I realized that I had paid for nerds to be added into it but they weren't in it. Since I already had to call in and it took so long to get my order in the first place. I'm I not doing anything about the fact that my drink was wrong as well but it is pretty frustrating. The stuff was nice.
And on previous occasions, I haven't had any issues, but it seems like, yeah, this time and pretty much everything was messed up.“
“I went through the drive thru 9-17-25 after 6:30 PM and I had an amazing young man help me, it’s hard to get great customer service now days, Josh Tallman is fabulous and I’m not sure why he’s at Sonic because it’s hard to get nice people in this place because they are under paid and over worked. Josh deserves to be a manager because he cares about his job and the customers. Josh needs a raise and to be noticed because he made a believer in me that there are still nice young people out there, hard to find, I found him. Thank you for being so sweet Josh! Don’t ever change who you are and if you feel like you are changing there, find a new place to shine. Thank you and I hope I get your service again!!“
“If I'm giving 5 starts because I can't complain with the service, my family gets when we come here. Yeah we wait couple minutes but it's worth it and I'm proud to see hard working young ppl in there doing there best , as humans we forget what it is to work in a fast food place and have patience.
