The food at Mo' Bettahs is good, but the in-person experience is frustrating. During busy lunch and dinner hours, employees often seem more focused on talking with each other than helping customers, leading to unnecessary delays and long lines. The restaurant is also quite loud, and the ordering experience can be inconsistent from visit to visit.
If you're planning to eat here, online ordering seems to be the best option. It is generally faster and avoids many of the issues that occur when ordering in person.

We love this place and are thankful for the app so we can place an order and grab it rather than risk a potentially long line. I mean…when we want Hawaiian, we want it…yesterday…and today and tomorrow…it really is that good. Also, the mac salad was not incredible when you first opened. Someone tweaked it in a way that makes it Ono! Love it! Mahalo!

We love mo bettahs but my husband and I felt like the food tastes better here. The chicken was perfect cooked and tbe Mac salad was extra creamy. Thank you. You all are doing a great job!

It was a decent place to grab a quick and relatively healthy meal. The kids working there weren't the most helpful but that's fixable with a little training. The steak and chicken were good but they were almost out of the sauteed vegetables so I opted for only and they were out of the katsu sauce.

People have been waiting in line for this? Absolutely not! This is the worst Hawaiian food in the city. Their chicken is tough, has lots of fat in it. Barely any flavor. I didn’t receive sauce with my meal. The service? Worse than the food. 6 people behind the register, some on their phone, some have no idea what to do. They were out of cheesecake and weren’t sure how to refund my money (mobile order). My one and only time there and I’m so glad we have local, authentic Hawaiian food in town that is so much better!

Food was great, staff was welcoming and made sure my order was correct! Only thing I can complain about is there were no egg rolls ready and it would be 8-10
minutes if I wanted one, not a huge deal but I passed.

Just walked out and everyone was busy. Some employees clearly don’t want to work as hard as others but through a stressful rush cheer(spel?) kept his composure and was guiding his team. He deserves a shoutout from management

Waited in line for 20 minutes watching the assembly line struggle like no one had ever seen a meal ticket before. During this observation pondering the price tag, is this going to be worth $75 to feed me and my 2 kids? The rice lady started our bowl with rice and cabbage, then it sat there for 17 minutes waiting on meat.
When the meat lady finally got to us, she casually said the shrimp would be a 30-minute wait. At that point our bowl had been sitting there long enough to start growing bacteria, so we left.
Honestly, we should’ve just gone and gotten our usual Hawaiian fries at Taste of Hawaii.

No food shortage except for when the guy stopped cooking to go on his phone, I was second in line, and I had the SLOWEST experience. The guy messed up a mobile order 4 times, stopped the line to buy himself a drinks and was outright rude when I asked questions. I don’t think our family will ever be back, I was more excited to leave the restaurant than to receive my food. It’s a shame that bad service can ruin the excitement behind amazing tasting food. Laughing over the mistakes they made, trying to figure out who’s plate is who’s, and even forgetting one of my own plate lunches I ordered.

Delicious food service was great I had a server and training but remember a trainee is only as good as the trainer just saying give it a shot tables were a little messy and everybody seemed confused when I said there was no clean tables and heard several customers say there's no clean tables other than that that was some bomb grub go check it out

Food is really good and you get a generous amount for what you pay, super friendly and smiling staff, and it's very easy to grab the online order from the to-go area.
