“The pizza was delicious (large cheezy crust, half cheese half pep), I showed up 20 minutes before the pickup time totally ready to wait for it and it was already done! Not only was it fast and delicious but they employees were super nice, exemplary customer service professionals“

“I've ordered from here many many times and every time the service and pizza have been amazing. There are some days that it's difficult to get through on the phone but don't let that busy tone ruin your day, just keep redialing and eventually, you will get through. Delivery is fast and the pizza arrives hot. If you like good ranch make sure to try theirs cuz it's the best I've found in Pocatello. The only thing I would love to see is for them to get an online ordering system set up to make it easier to order when they are busy getting call after call. Other than that, keep up the amazing work Bigfoot Pizza!“

“First off, it was the best place but if the workers hang up on customers, how do you expect to stay in business. If a customer calls and asks where there order is after almost two hours, you don't get rude with them and then hang up. Then when they try to cal back and ignore their call until they call from another phone, just to hang up on them again, someone needs to lose their job. Order was returned and my money better be returned. I'll be in to talk to a person in charge soon!“

“Great customer service with compassion and care! Domino's did not get my order quite right, so I called them to tell them what happen. They where friendly and apologetic. Domino's had the pizza remade and out in no time, the sauce that I originally ordered for my wings, and they gave me extra sauce. Very kind people that work for Domino's and will be looking forward to my next order from them.“

“I customised a pizza to a half margarita and half hawaiin, and the dude making my pizza (I wish I could remember his name) nailed it perfectly! He let me pick all the toppings and practically build the pizza myself. 10/10 customer service, style, and taste! Thanks so much for the wonderful meal :)“

“I'm really sad that I'm leaving a negative review... The service was fantastic, and the beer was so good I bought some to take home, but the food killed it for me. I ordered the cheesesteak with fried pickles and a Margherita pizza. The cheesesteak innards were delicious, but the bread was so dry I didn't eat it. The fried pickles were floppy even for fried pickles. The pizza was, hands down, the worst Margherita pizza I've ever had. It tasted like bread and balsamic vinegar. The tomatoes, what few there were, were underripe, there was hardly any cheese, and the basil looked like an afterthought. For $24, I could have bought 4 frozen pizzas and been much happier.“

The wine experts are knowledgeable and taught me to appreciate wine, taste wine, and know what I like. Wine was intimidating but they made it an amazing, fun, educational experience. The food pairings to the wine opened my palate to appreciate a whole love for wine.“
