“Discovered an outstanding Starbucks! The staff is remarkable, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. When I lost my card, they accompanied me to the drive-thru to help search for it. Boulder, an employee, was particularly engaging. They made an iced drink for me at no extra cost when my husband requested a frappe instead. The manager, Libby, heads a team that is genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Boulder is who I had the most interaction with. He emphasized that every team member is hardworking. Boulder has such a great Aurora and energy. This Starbucks is a true gem!“

“Friendly staff that makes your order the right way, every time! When I say, “the right way,” I mean what you expect to get; not some watered-down old, burnt coffee.
The only bad thing about this location is the over-crowded parking, but that has nothing to do with the quality or service. This is my go-to coffee shop in town.
Parking: The other two businesses in the building are responsible for most of the parking issues because it appears the majority of Starbucks customers use the drive-thru.
Parking isn’t necessarily the problem, it’s that the lot is very small, cars are constantly pulling in and out, people are walking to and from their cars, and there is a busy intersection of two busy roads perpendicularly adjacent to the building.“
“What can I say about Starbucks in Pocatello, Idaho... in general, great consistent service and quality Coffee Products. There food isn't bad, but not great. I would go out of my way for the Coffee, but not the food. Service at the drive through varies some based on who's at the counter. The lady today knew my name by my order and voice - I didn't give it to her. Large Iced Carmel Mociato with an extra shot of espresso - an iced quad. I order the same thing every day. I got into an argument another time at checkout, ordering the same thing and I was given a medium with 3 shots for the same price as the large with 4. Despite my saying I order the same thing every day she insisted I got what I paid for. Turns out a large hot is smaller (because there is no ice in the cup). Anyway, 99% of the time service is stellar.“
