The Jungle ReTreat Ice Cream

I can definitively say this place has some of the best value ice cream in Bannock County. The flavors are abundant, and the taste is sweet and textured with everything needed to perfectly scratch your ice cream itch. The service area is not anything special, but frankly, that is completely insignificant compared to the incredible taste. This is all topped off by the unbelievably cheap prices! They do not take card, but take the take to get just $10 from the ATM, and you can get incredible ice cream for the whole family.

Went here with my son last night and it was uncomfortable to say the least. The girl serving the ice cream wasn’t friendly and seemed like she was in a hurry considering she had two of her friends show up and go into the scooping area with her. We decided to sit down and eat our ice cream and as we were eating she had another friend show up and go into the scooping area so essentially it was 4 girls in the back at this point( only one on the clock?) one of the girls even got herself some ice cream 😃 I’m not sure if these other 3 girls work at this establishment but I can tell you it seemed highly unprofessional to me. I quit coming here because this has happened before as well. It seems management doesn’t care who’s in and out of the employee area? Anyways, I felt uncomfortable enough to just have my son finish his in the car. Maybe think about how stuff like that looks to your paying customers. 😊

Wonderful place to go for Farr's ice cream and now Dole Whip. Not a lot of seating for a big group but there are grass areas close by. Do not expect to pay with debit or credit. I it is a cash only store.

Peach sherbet was amazing 🤩 beautiful landscaping also btw very exotic for Pocatello a little off the normal path but totally worth it and cost effective 😀

Ice cream selection is massive and tasty; the shop is pretty bare bones and can get crowded. The night we went, the place was packed and only one employee to scoop. She had a great attitude, but it too a long time to get served. Oh, and the scoops are cheap. Extremely cheap. How do they make a profit??

My go to for ice cream the service is great I would say the decor is average wish they would really lean on the interior being a jungle but their ice cream makes up for the lack of decor they do have chairs on the inside however I just take my ice cream to go
